It's time 🍂🍂🍂

Hi Reader,

The air is finally starting to feel crisp, the days are getting shorter, and I’m officially ready to lean into all things cozy. Fall always feels like such a fresh start, with warm soups simmering on the stove, pumpkin everything, and evenings that call for a blanket and a good cup of tea.

I thought it’d be fun to share a few of my favorite fall recipes along with some kitchen items I absolutely love this season. Think of it as a little roundup of everything that makes fall in the kitchen extra warm and inviting!

Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte

Warm, cozy, and perfectly sweet, this Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte is full of the fall vibes we’re all craving right now!

Light, fluffy, and chocolatey, this super easy-to-make cake loaf will be a hit in any household! You can serve it for breakfast, snack, or dessert, and there are substitution options for many of the ingredients, making this one of my favorite go-to healthy treats.

Whip up this Starbucks Copycat Iced Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte in minutes and no barista skills are required! The homemade pecan syrup is nutty and sweet and takes just 5 minutes and 2 ingredients.

This Protein Banana Bread recipe is gluten-free and has 10 grams of protein per serving! Each slice is light, perfectly moist, fluffy, and full of that banana bread goodness we all know and love. Add chocolate chips to the batter for extra chocolatey goodness!

I’ve been making these Maple Cinnamon Pecan Overnight Oats for YEARS and they’re always one of my favorite breakfasts for fall. With 16 grams of protein and a 5-minute prep time, I could not be more obsessed with how easy this healthy breakfast recipe is!

These Wild Rice Fall Harvest Bowls have been one of my favorite easy, healthy fall dinners for years. With 30 grams of protein and tons of flavor, every bite is so good! All of the veggies make this recipe so flavorful and delicious.

Kitchen Essential Favorites for Fall

Vintage Glassware

These ripple glasses are so beautiful! I love using these for my lattes.

6-Pack Overnight Oats Jars

These are my favorite jars for storing my overnight oats recipes in! They are the perfect size for stirring and eating from.

Milk Frother Wand

I love that this frother is small and does not take up a ton of space. Perfect for those lattes and protein shakes!
