It’s pumpkin season, and I’m here for it! Every year around this time, my kitchen turns into a cozy little haven filled with cinnamon, nutmeg, and all things pumpkin. Between getting the kids ready for school and juggling weeknight dinners, there’s just something about a warm pumpkin breakfast or a sweet treat that feels like a hug.

I love this season because these recipes are the perfect mix of cozy and easy. Whether it’s a quick breakfast on a chilly morning or a wholesome dessert to enjoy after dinner, these pumpkin-filled favorites bring all the comfort of fall, without adding extra work to your day.

Wholesome Pumpkin Breakfasts

I’ve been making these Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats for YEARS and they’re still one of my favorite healthy breakfast recipes! These oats come together in just 5 minutes, refrigerate overnight (or up to 3-5 days), and they’re ready to go in the morning.


With 23 grams of protein and 13 grams of fiber per serving, it’s super filling, and it tastes just like pumpkin pie. The fluffy Greek yogurt white chocolate topping takes it to another level and I love that I can prep a big batch of this recipe at the beginning week for healthy breakfasts all week long.

I am completely obsessed with these and even my kids love them. They’re light, fluffy, and every bite is SO good! These muffins can be made two different ways, but I love making the pumpkin version this time of the year. They make a great little protein snack!
