Thanksgiving Recovery Plan 🥗 Let’s Eat Some Greens!

Hi Reader,

Whew, Thanksgiving week is OVER! I don't know about you, but after this holiday week, I'm ready to reset back to my healthy foods and routines. This week I’m focusing on healthy salads and protein bowl recipes!

These recipes are easy to make and not super time consuming - so having these on hand will make your meals a breeze this week. Plus they’re higher in protein, making them filling and perfect for getting back into the swing of things!

P.S.: I’ve also included a few recipes to use up the rest of that leftover turkey - I know we all have some still. 😉

Meal Prep Southwest Chicken Burrito Bowls

I've been making these bowls for years and they are still one of my most popular recipes for easy dinners or lunches. They're gluten-free and can be made in just 30-minutes!

I love the southwestern flavor in these. The smoky and savory taste in the chicken, with a little spice kick is so good! Combine that with some hearty rice, flavorful beans, veggies, and the creamy avocado sauce to really bring it all together.

This is easily one of my top choices for a busy week!

I absolutely love all the flavors that are in this salad! It's also so convenient to be able to just throw it all in a jar. This salad has a surprising amount of 19 grams of protein per serving! It is sweet, savory, and crunchy all at the same time.

This is one of my favorite salad recipes. It's super easy to make and can be done in just 20 minutes! Made with healthy ingredients, contains 18 grams of protein per serving, and packed with so much flavor. Best chopped salad around!

These bowls are spicy, savory, and a tad sweet. They are super easy to make, full of protein and flavor, making it a great choice for an easy weeknight dinner. Full of nutritious veggies as well!

I love these bowls because they can be made in just 20 minutes! Perfect option for throwing together dinner on a busy weeknight or maybe even making ahead of time for some work lunches this week.

This bowl has a warm and peppery flavor from the turmeric seasoning and it is so yummy! The textures are incredible and this recipe is made perfect with the sweet and nutty dressing drizzled over the top.

These bowls are packed with a whopping 30 grams of protein per serving! They are full of delicious veggies providing much needed nutrients during this time of the year. These can be made in just 40 minutes - dressing and all!
