This has been one of my top favorite easy dinners lately! It combines the classic flavor of a rich tomato-based vodka sauce with tender, juicy chicken, so it tastes next-level but actually comes together on the stovetop in 20 minutes.

The entire meal is made on a single sheet pan in under 30 minutes, making it perfect for busy weeknights. The crunchy tortillas with guacamole, flavorful shrimp, veggies, and a drizzle of hot honey and lime on top are so good!

This recipe contains wholesome chicken, broccoli, red bell pepper, and rice noodles that all come together in a Thai-inspired sauce in just 30 minutes. This Chicken Pad Thai contains so much yummy flavor!

My kids have always been a bit picky about beef recipes, but after I made this meal, they now request it! It’s SO good, the textures and flavors are true perfection. Made in a single skillet in just 30 minutes.
