My Viral Breakfast Recipes + Holiday Gift Guide

Hi Reader,

Mornings can be a little chaotic, but a cozy breakfast always makes the day feel more doable. Lately, I’ve been loving simple, warm, and higher protein recipes that come together fast but still feel special. Whether it’s pancakes on a weekend morning or an easy grab-and-go option for busy weekdays, a good breakfast can truly set the tone for the day.

These are my TOP favorite breakfast recipes that are quick, easy, and full of cozy fall vibes. They’re perfect for keeping on repeat during the crazy holiday season and I know you’ll love them!

They’re light, super fluffy, and have that perfect cinnamon brown sugar swirl that caramelizes to perfection. My kids love these, and I love that they can be made in under 15 minutes!

These may be the BEST cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had! They’re perfectly soft, have that signature cinnamon sugar filling, and are topped with a cottage cheese glaze that’s sweet and so good.

These pancakes are crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy in the center, and the BEST cozy high-protein breakfast for fall. I love that a big batch of these waffles come together in under 30 minutes.

These overnight oats are made with 30 grams of protein per serving and in just 5 minutes! They’re not only delicious, but also filling. They are incredibly easy to make. Even my kids love them!

Higher in protein and made in 10-minutes prep time (almost entirely in a blender), I love how easy this recipe is. It’s made with cottage cheese, so each slice has 5 grams of protein and that perfect cinnamon swirl filling layer!

These muffins have 6 grams of protein! I am completely obsessed. They’re light, fluffy, and every bite is SO good! You have the option to make them Pumpkin Chocolate Chip or Regular Chocolate Chip.

What I’m Shopping and Watching for the Holidays

I’ve started putting together my holiday shopping list and keeping an eye out for early Black Friday deals. A few favorites are already on my radar, and I wanted to share them with you in case you’re shopping too!

This is one of my hands-down top favorite kitchen appliances and I’m constantly getting questions about it! It will turn almost anything into creamy ice cream and I could not be more obsessed. If you’ve been thinking about getting one, this is definitely the best time!

I absolutely love my Stainless Steel Pan Set, it’s been such a staple in my kitchen! The stainless steel cooks everything so evenly, there are no toxic coatings to worry about, and they still look beautiful after years of use. Definitely one of those investments that’s 100% worth it!

My Vitamix blender is my go-to for healthy smoothies, blending sauces, making cottage cheese pancake batter, and so much more. I have loved this thing for years!

These glass food containers have been a favorite of mine lately. They are perfect for storing meal prep while still keeping your fridge organized and not over full since they stack so well.

I absolutely love my air fryer! It’s been a total game-changer in my kitchen. It makes reheating leftovers or crisping up veggies so quick and easy, all while keeping things light and healthy.

I love how beautiful these glasses are! They’re perfect for smoothies, lattes, and so much more. The bamboo lid adds just the right touch of warmth and style to finish off the look.

This acacia wood cutting board is one of my kitchen favorites! It’s perfect for chopping veggies, slicing bread, and everything in between. I especially love the ridged edge that catches all those flavorful juices.

I’ve been using these jars for years and absolutely love how they store! I keep overnight oats in the fridge, soups in the freezer, and even make smoothies ahead of time. They’re amazing!

I use my Great Jones Dutchess Dutch Oven all the time! It’s sturdy, heats evenly, and makes every soup or stew turn out amazing. I love that it looks beautiful on the stove, works on any cooktop, and can go straight into the dishwasher when I’m done!

I reach for my mixing bowls almost every day! They’re sturdy, stack easily, and are perfect for everything from mixing batter to serving dinner. I love that they look beautiful on the counter and can go right in the dishwasher when I’m done!
