5 Overnight Oats Recipes That Make Mornings Easier

Hi Reader,

If you’ve ever found yourself skipping breakfast or grabbing something quick that doesn’t quite satisfy, overnight oats are about to be your new best friend. As a mom who’s on the go lately (hello back-to-school season), I love these high-protein ready-to-go jars in the morning. They’re creamy, flavorful, and endlessly customizable! Basically everything you could want in a healthy, make-ahead breakfast recipe!

Made in just 5 minutes with 22 grams of protein, I could not be more obsessed with this easy healthy breakfast recipe. I’ve been making these oats for YEARS and they’re still one of my top go-to recipes! An easy and great way to get your protein in.

I’ve been making this Oatmeal Cookie Overnight Oats recipe for YEARS and it’s one of my favorite healthy breakfasts! They’re mixed together in just 5 minutes, stored in the fridge overnight, and they’re ready to go in the morning.

Overnight Oats that taste like real cookie dough! Made with 30 grams of protein per serving in just 5 minutes they’re not only delicious and filling, but also incredibly easy to make. Even my kids love them! Prep these ahead and store in the fridge for later.

These oats are made with healthy ingredients and higher in protein, making them the BEST treat for breakfast, brunch, or dessert! Every bite is full of chocolatey coffee oats, and there’s nothing like that light and fluffy white chocolate yogurt topping. You will LOVE this recipe!

With 16 grams of protein and a 5-minute prep time, I could not be more obsessed with how easy this healthy breakfast recipe is! Add the pecan pie topping or just mix in chopped pecans. Either way, these oats are full of yummy maple cinnamon pecan goodness!

Whether you’re in the mood for something fruity, chocolatey, or packed with extra protein, these overnight oats make it so easy to wake up to a healthy breakfast. Just prep them the night before, pop them in the fridge, and you’ll be set for the next few days. Your mornings are about to get a whole lot easier (and more delicious)!
