With these cool, rainy fall days we've been having I want nothing more than to be in my kitchen doing some baking! There's just something about a fresh baked batch of cookies, or a yummy pumpkin muffin that really feels like a big hug during the fall season. It brings that warmth and comfort we all want during this time of the year, and it makes your house smell amazing!

If you’ve been craving the cozy comfort of fall baking and sweet treats that taste like the goodness of fall, then you will love these recipes that are just a little bit healthier. They’re easy to make, perfect for getting in the kitchen with your kiddos, and SO good!

Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies

A simple, but delicious recipe! These Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies are so soft, filled with flavor, warmth, and that comfort we're all looking for with the cooler weather!

The maple syrup, brown sugar, and warm pumpkin spice really pull this one together to create one of the best fall cookies and a home that smells amazing!

This is my all-time favorite banana bread! It is made with almond flour, but you'd never guess it. Takes just 10 minutes to prep, and is a classic treat that we all love! This is the perfect gluten-free banana bread recipe.

I'm obsessed with these muffins! They are light, fluffy, and delicious with every bite. Easy to make different variations of so you can enjoy any time of the year. My kids love them and they have 6 grams of protein!

This is a favorite fall treat in my house. These apple cinnamon cookies are buttery, cinnamon apple goodness! The brown sugar oats and white chocolate drizzle are an added treat for me!

These muffins are delicious, full of protein, and great for a busy weekday morning or a yummy snack. You can make them in just 30 minutes! They are made with a plant-based protein and whole-wheat flour.

You'd never guess a hidden veggie in this chocolatey goodness of a muffin! These muffins are wholesome, free of gluten, refined-sugar and perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack. Kids love them and they are great when sugar is being craved.

I love maple and vanilla! Looking at these makes my mouth water. You'd never guess these are gluten-free with how soft and doughy they are. The vanilla, maple, brown sugar, and pecans really bring this one together so well. Every bite is delicious!
