Your Easter Brunch Menu (Fresh, Easy, & So Beautiful!) 🌷

Hi Reader,

Easter brunch is always one of my favorite traditions to gather everyone around the table! There’s just something about this time of year, the fresh flavors, the beautiful dishes, and that feeling of a new season, that makes it the perfect excuse to slow down and enjoy a beautiful meal together.

I always try to create a brunch menu that feels effortless but still looks and tastes amazing, because let’s be honest, no one wants to spend the whole morning in the kitchen. This menu is filled with fresh, balanced recipes that come together easily, but still feel elevated enough for a holiday. Think bright flavors, wholesome ingredients, and a mix of sweet and savory options that everyone will love.

I’ve also put together a simple table setup to tie everything together. It doesn’t have to be complicated or over the top, just a few thoughtful touches can make your brunch feel extra special and welcoming. Whether you’re hosting a big family gathering or keeping things cozy, this Easter brunch menu is all about making it easy, beautiful, and full of those little moments that matter most!

Your Easter Brunch Menu

  • Cottage Cheese Pancakes - Super fluffy, thick, and light, and the flavor is next-level good! They’re high-protein without protein powder and you won’t even know that they’re made with blended cottage cheese.
  • Strawberry Cheesecake Breakfast Parfait - Layers of sweetened whipped cottage cheese, fresh strawberries, and granola, this high-protein treat tastes like dessert for breakfast. Swap the cottage cheese for Greek yogurt, sweeten it a bit more to turn it into a dessert parfait.
  • Sheet-Pan Breakfast Burritos - They’re savory, with that perfectly eggy melty cheese goodness all wrapped in a tortilla. I even sneak in cottage cheese for more protein and fresh veggies for healthy nutrients! These easy burritos are ready to warm up in a few minutes.
  • Cottage Cheese Breakfast Rounds - 3 ingredients, 10 minutes, 12 grams of protein. They’re savory and flavorful, making them amazing with almost any toppings! I love adding mashed avocado and tomatoes, goat cheese and berries with a hot honey drizzle, or avocado with picked red onions.

The Table

Setting the table is one of my favorite parts of hosting Easter brunch. It’s such an easy way to make everything feel a little more special without adding any extra stress. A few simple touches can completely transform your space and make everyone feel welcomed the moment they sit down. Here’s an easy setup to bring it all together.

Wishing you and your family a very happy Easter!
