I love finding simple ways to add more protein into everyday recipes, especially when it comes to snacks and sweet treats that feel a little more fun. There’s just something about having those go to options on hand that makes eating well feel easier and more enjoyable!

And you guys already know I have such a sweet tooth, so give me all the chocolatey things and baked goods. I’m obsessed! They’re easy, balanced, and the kind of recipes you’ll come back to again and again.

Super tall and fluffy, with a sweet, banana bread flavor and lots of chocolatey goodness, these bakery-style muffins are lower in sugar and higher in protein. Plus, they’re easy to make and great to prep ahead of time for a fun, kid-friendly treat throughout the week. My kids love getting these in their lunchboxes, and you’d never even know they’re made with cottage cheese!

These Cookie Dough Protein Bites look and taste exactly like chocolate chip cookie dough, BUT they’re healthy, high-protein, gluten-free, and balanced! I love making a big batch of these and keeping them on hand for healthy snacking throughout the day. They are so easy to make!

These Cottage Cheese Brownies are incredibly easy to make: just blend the liquid ingredients, mix into the dry ingredients, add chocolate chips and bake.

These Strawberry Cheesecake Parfaits have 18 grams of protein and are one of my favorite ways to start the day! With layers of sweetened whipped cottage cheese, fresh strawberries, and granola, this high-protein treat tastes like dessert for breakfast. I love to meal prep these ahead of time for the week!
