This Watermelon Feta Chicken Salad is my go-to summer lunch or dinner obsession! When it’s hot outside and you need something fast, fresh, and don’t feel like cooking, this 15-minute salad comes together so easily. This is one even my kids love!


I've been making these wraps for years as a quick high-protein lunch or dinner option. They're gluten-free and have 27 grams of protein in each serving. No cooking required, that's why this one is at the top of my summer list!
