March Is Here! Let’s Make Spring Recipes.

Hi Reader,

I’m so ready for all the fresh, bright, spring inspired recipes! This time of year always makes me crave meals that feel light and refreshing but are still filling, balanced, and packed with protein. These are the kinds of recipes that make healthy eating feel easy while still tasting absolutely amazing.

Inside this week’s lineup, you’ll find simple meals that come together quickly, nourishing options that keep you energized, and a few fun extras to help you feel inspired in the kitchen. Everything is designed to fit into real life and busy schedules without sacrificing flavor or balance. Plus, there’s something special to help you stay organized and make the most of the month ahead.

Let’s welcome the new season with simple, delicious meals that help you feel your best. Happy almost-spring!

These only take 5 minutes to make and are full of delicious flavor, nutrients and fiber. With 15 grams of protein, I love that these oats are higher in protein and filling. This is one of my top go-to overnight oats recipes. Every bite is full of sweet berry goodness – even my kids love these for breakfast!

This Banana Split Smoothie Bowl is creamy, sweet, and the perfect breakfast treat! The banana smoothie bowl base is full of nutritious protein and tastes like sweet ice cream. It’s topped off with fresh strawberries, pineapple, shredded coconut, sliced bananas, cacao nibs, and anything else you like!

A hearty, refreshing, high-protein flavorful salad in under 40 minutes. Crunchy lettuce, creamy avocado, boiled eggs, fresh tomatoes, corn, deliciously seasoned grilled chicken, and topped with a sprinkle of feta or blue cheese crumbles. All topped with a good drizzle of delicious ranch dressing!

With 41 grams of protein, bold flavor, lean protein, fresh veggies, and just the right amount of heat that’s adjustable to taste, this is one of my favorite recipes. Whether you’re meal prepping for the week or just throwing something together on a busy evening, you’ll love this flavorful meal!

If you’re looking for an easy, healthy breakfast idea, these Baked Oatmeal Breakfast Bars are SO good! I’ve been making this recipe for years and still can’t get over the perfect texture and sweet chocolatey oat goodness. They’re soft, slightly chewy, and made with wholesome ingredients. I love having these as a quick, healthy snack to grab.

They’re perfectly sweet, delicate, and have that signature carrot cake flavor we all love. Make them with Greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese for a higher-protein healthy breakfast or sweet treat that everyone will love. This quick and easy recipe results in perfectly light, fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth muffins that are so good every single time!
