Introducing: The Sunday Plan ✨

Introducing: The Sunday Plan ✨

Hi Reader,

If planning dinner for the week has been feeling overwhelming and honestly just exhausting, plus you're trying to eat healthy, prep ahead, and still keep everyone happy at the table, then The Sunday Plan is for you.

As a busy mom of three, I know the hardest part usually isn’t the cooking (well, sometimes). It’s the planning! It’s the constant thinking ahead. The mental load of figuring out what’s for dinner every. single. day.

So I created The Sunday Plan to remove that completely!

Inside this system, you make one Sunday dinner that turns into three easy weeknight meals! Pair that with my monthly meal plans with protein-forward dinners, full recipes, organized grocery lists, and in-season shopping tips, and you are more prepared than ever.

This is the Sunday Plan.

And it’s exactly what I wish I had years ago.

What Is The Sunday Plan?

The Sunday Plan is a simple system designed to make weeknight dinners incredibly easy.

Here’s how it works:

On Sunday, you make one larger, hearty meal. While you’re cooking, you double certain components intentionally. Then you store them.

Out of that one cook-up, you get three completely different dinners for the week ahead.

Different flavor profiles the whole family will love. Quick, wholesome, protein-forward, and big enough to feed the entire family.

It’s not complicated meal prep. It’s strategic dinner planning.

Why I’m So Excited About This

This is the kind of system that changes everything.

  • Less decision fatigue
  • Less weeknight cooking
  • More structure
  • More protein
  • More meals your family actually loves

I’ve been testing this in my own kitchen. It works when the week is busy. It works when you’re tired. It works when you don’t want to think.

And the best part? You still get variety. Nothing feels repetitive.
