Healthy Fall BreakfastsHi Reader, I LOVE this time of year, and I especially love incorporating fall flavors into my everyday breakfasts! 🍂 And as a mama of 3 kiddos, I’m always looking for ways to make breakfast healthier, while being super quick and easy for our busy schedules. One of my favorite things is having some breakfasts prepped in advance, some recipes on quick standby, and a bunch of ideas in my back pocket for when I need something last-minute. This list is full of my top favorite healthy fall breakfast and includes some delicious high-protein options, too! Cinnamon Roll Overnight OatsThese Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats are on repeat in my household right now. With only 5-minutes of prep time you can have these ready to go! They are packed with 14-grams of protein, made with healthy ingredients like, gluten-free oats, maple syrup and cinnamon. They store well in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or you can even freeze them for up to 3 months. Versatile is an understatement when it comes to these oats, as the icing topping can also be left off if preferred. Did I mention how delicious they are?
