One of my favorite things is having some breakfasts prepped in advance, some recipes on quick standby, and a bunch of ideas in my back pocket for when I need something last-minute. This list is full of my top favorite healthy fall breakfast and includes some delicious high-protein options, too! Cinnamon Roll Overnight OatsThese Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats are on repeat in my household right now. With only 5-minutes of prep time you can have these ready to go! They are packed with 14-grams of protein, made with healthy ingredients like, gluten-free oats, maple syrup and cinnamon. They store well in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or you can even freeze them for up to 3 months. Versatile is an understatement when it comes to these oats, as the icing topping can also be left off if preferred. Did I mention how delicious they are?
