Healthy Fall Breakfasts 🍂

Healthy Fall Breakfasts

Hi Reader,

I LOVE this time of year, and I especially love incorporating fall flavors into my everyday breakfasts! 🍂 And as a mama of 3 kiddos, I’m always looking for ways to make breakfast healthier, while being super quick and easy for our busy schedules.

One of my favorite things is having some breakfasts prepped in advance, some recipes on quick standby, and a bunch of ideas in my back pocket for when I need something last-minute. This list is full of my top favorite healthy fall breakfast and includes some delicious high-protein options, too!

Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats

These Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats are on repeat in my household right now. With only 5-minutes of prep time you can have these ready to go! They are packed with 14-grams of protein, made with healthy ingredients like, gluten-free oats, maple syrup and cinnamon. They store well in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or you can even freeze them for up to 3 months.

Versatile is an understatement when it comes to these oats, as the icing topping can also be left off if preferred. Did I mention how delicious they are?

Get ready for a breakfast the entire family will love! These Cinnamon Streusel Baked Oats are packed with 8 grams of protein and are delicious. Baked oats are a game changer for busy mornings!

Here's another great breakfast option, especially when you have food allergies in your family. With the almond flour and walnuts this bread is nutritious and full of healthy fats!

"Cookies for breakfast, but make it healthy" This recipe is another overnight oats recipe, but they taste like peanut butter cookies! Quick prep time, easy to store for 3-4 days, delicious, and full of protein.

Ready to boost your health with something tropical and refreshing? Look no further! This smoothie is delicious and a great option to start your day with. Quick & easy to make and a popular breakfast choice!

These pancakes are packed with a surprising amount of 15 grams of protein per serving! They are light and fluffy, and have the perfect tangy and sweet flavor. I love making these for my kids to sneak some extra protein in their breakfast.

Pumpkin spice and all things nice! These pumpkin oats are dairy and gluten-free. If you want to make something yummy and also make your home smell like fall this is what you want to make! I love to make these ahead of time for a yummy breakfast.
